The mark consists of Predominantly encased within an oval which at its greatest length spans from left to right, and situated therein starting from the left and so forthwith to the right are a tilted five-pointed star protruding out from behind the capital letter "S" in which commences the word "Smokey's", the tilted Smokey bear face in which appears to depict a puzzled facial expression by way of the seemingly lop-sided eyes atop of what is the bear's nose and furthered by the abbreviated appearance of the bear's mouth, the more pronounced of the words encased within the aforementioned oval "Smokey's", the lesser pronounced of the same set of words "Smokable Blends" and the apparent starburst-like, rayed arrangement protruding from the background of the oval outward from behind the apostrophe which is situated from between the letters "y" and "s" which in part contribute to the accumulation of lettesr that collectively comprise the word "Smokey's".
