The mark consists of the word F I G S in all capital letters above a banner that includes a stylized cross and the word S C R U B S on it. All letters as well as the stylized cross are in a golden yellow color. The banner is in a greyish blue color. The stylized cross has square 90 degree angles on the top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right corners. The left side of the cross is straight on top with the bottom curving in a quarter circle design. The far side of the cross is curved on top (to match the bottom left side) with the bottom line straight (to match the top left side). There is a bend in the banner to the right of the stylized cross which features a thin white line zigging from right to left and then straight down creating a three dimensional look to the banner. To the right of this line is the word S C R U B S in golden yellow with the distance of two letter spaces in between each letter. The far right end of the banner has an inverted arrow design as does the far left end of the banner.
