The mark consists of two concentric circles that are located close to one another; the outer circle is approximately three times as wide as the inner circle. The space inside the circles contains the following elements: (1) two boat oars arranged in an "X" shape with a large capital "M" located above the oars and a large capital "R" located below the oars; and (2) a horizontal banner containing the term "MORGAN ROW" that appears between two parallel lines which extend across the entire circular logo. The boat oars are arranged so that the paddles point upward and the handles point downward; using the hours on a clock face as a reference, one oar extends from 8 o'clock (handle) to 2 o'clock (paddle) and the other extends from 4 o'clock (handle) to 10 o'clock (paddle). A large capital "M" is located above the oars at 12 o'clock; a large capital "R" is located below the oars at 6 o'clock. The banner extends from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock and appears between horizontal lines that are approximately the same thickness as inner concentric circle; the banner appears on top of the oars and covers the point where the oars intersect.
