Educational services, namely, educational programs to identify and assist at-risk students in improving academic achievement and graduation rates from high school and preparation for college or careers; educational consulting and training services in the fields of middle school and high school education and school reform to assist educators and administrators in evaluating and monitoring academic performance, identifying at-risk students, and designing and implementing an early warning and intervention system; development and dissemination of curriculum and instructional materials to improve academic performance and graduation rates; and educational support services, namely, developing, coordinating and facilitating mentors and tutors to assist students in improving academic achievement, graduation rates and preparedness for college or careers

organizing and conducting support groups in the fields of assisting students in improving academic achievement, graduation rates and preparedness for college or careers; providing individual and small group counseling services and emotional and personal support services for at-risk youth; coordinating and facilitating case management services, social services and community resources for at-risk youth, namely, connecting at-risk youth to social services, counseling services, health care services, housing, food and clothing
