The mark consists of a large blue rectangular box. Inside the blue rectangular box on the left hand side are the interlocking letters "CB" in white inside of a white square frame with a grey border along the top and right side of the frame and a grey border along the left inside edge of the frame with a dark blue shadow of the frame appearing inside along the top and left edges. The white interlocking letters are also outlined in grey with a dark blue shadow of the letters underneath. To the right of the framed "CB" are the words "COLDWELL" over the word "BANKER" over the word "COMMERCIAL". All three words appear in white with dark blue shadows under the lettering. The words, letters and white frame box inside the blue rectangle appear raised by the dark blue shadow that outlines the words and the small white box. The blue rectangular box is lighter at the top and becomes darker around the words, the white box and the interlocking letters and then becomes a dark blue towards the bottom.
