The mark consists of a stylized letter "R" followed by a stylized letter "C" in the image of a crescent moon with a yellow star hanging from the top of the letter "C" being put in place by a person who is being held up by another person who is standing on the bottom of the letter "C". There are also five stars to the top right of the aforementioned image. The entire design previously mentioned, excluding the gold star, is white surrounded by blue box which gets darker as you get closer to the edge. Additionally, on the right of the five stars, and outside the blue box, is the words "Regional" on top of the word "Consulting". Under the word "Consulting" is a line, which is above the phrase "Realism- When You Need to Know". Under the phrase is another line. Also, all of these words are gray scale.
