The mark consists of a figure of a baseball player holding a bat over his head to the right in a hitting stance with legs slightly more than shoulder width apart wearing a baseball uniform and a baseball cap standing in the center of a baseball with baseball stitches with clock-like numerals in black along the outer circumference like a stop watch with the numbers "5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60" displayed with four dashes in between each of the numbers outlined by a black circle which is outlined by a larger circle filled in with light containing the word "STANDSTILL" in black curved across the top of the circle and the word "BASEBALL" in black curved across the bottom of the circle.
