The mark consists of A deep blue globe with a sunburst off-center toward the upper-left from the globe's center point with the text "TLS-T3" in gold lettering to the lower right of the sunburst and centered in the middle of the globe; along the outside perimeter of the blue globe and surrounding the sunburst and the "TLS-T3" are three curved moving clockwise gold arrows whose tail is gold with the head of each transitioning to a pale yellow. Each arrow contains a label of black text centered within the arrow. The first letter of each label begins at the bottom of the arrow head and continues through body of the arrow toward the tail. The first arrow in the upper left of and inside the blue globe contains the word "Training". The second arrow in the bottom to bottom left and inside of the blue globe contains the word "Time". The third arrow along the right inner side of the blue globe contains the word "Tools".
