The mark consists of a mask worn by a participant in the services provided by the applicant and consists of a white background with gold wing-like shapes over the eye area extending upward beyond the overall shape of the mask. These wing-like areas are outlined in black and have a white center area for the eyes. The dots in the eye area represent functional matter and are not a feature of the mark. Below the eye areal are seven bands fanned out to cover the mouth area. The bands are gold and outlined in black. Above the eye area, in the center of the forehead area, is a gold band with diamond shapes at either end. This shape is outlined in black and is gold in the center and has a black dot at the bottom, two smaller black dots in the band area, and a black square shape in the top portion with a white center. On either side of this design feature are three gold bands outlined in black. The overall oval shape of the mask appears in dotted lines as it is not a feature of the mark.
