The mark consists of a circle outlined in a gold ring, followed by a white ring, then an inside purple ring upon which sits the words "PRAIRIE VIEW A&M FOUNDATION" in white on the upper portion of the circle. The bottom half of the purple circle consists of four white stars on the left and four white stars on the right with the abbreviation "PVAMF" in white, centered in between the stars. The purple ring is lined on the inside by a red ring. Inside the red ring is a white circle with a star in the center. The star is outlined in red, with gold, purple and white on the inside, having a red circle in the middle of the star and a silhouette of the State of Texas inside the star's red circle with a gold dot having white, gold and purple rays emanating outwards from the gold dot. White and red rays of light emanate from the silhouette of the State of Texas. The star sits upon gold and white laurel leaves. The words "SUPPORTING THE LEGACY FOUNDED IN 1876" in black are curved at the bottom of the inner circle beneath the star on a white background.
