The mark consists of a design consisting of a red banner stretching across two concentric circles with the ends of the banner lying outside of the outer circle; the banner contains the white all-caps letters "A","F","L","C" centered on the banner and a white star near both ends of the banner; these stars on the ends of the banner lie outside the outer edge of the inner circle and inside the outer circle. A white flying eagle with talons outstretched within the inner circle which consists of a blue background for the upper approximately two-thirds of the inner circle and alternating white and red stripes comprising the lower approximately one-third of the inner circle. The words "AMERICAN FREEDOM LAW CENTER" are all-caps, blue, and situated between the outer edge of the inner circle and the outer circle.
