The mark consists of a red rectangle; the red rectangle having a centered white oval outlined in blue; within the white oval are three sailing ships stylized in blue with red and yellow fan tails; each of the sailing ship's white sails contain red outlined crosses and two flying pennants each outlined in blue; the white oval also contains waves stylized in blue with clouds outlined in blue; inside the bottom of the oval are the letters "IMPORTADO DE CABO VERDE" in blue; the white oval is supported on either side by blue rope lines with three yellow spacers connected to a yellow banner outlined in blue; within the yellow banner are the letters "SOCIEDADE ULTRAMARINA DE CONSERVAS, LDA." in red; at either end of the yellow banner is a stylized tuna fish stylized in blue and white, wherein the main body of fish is white and the fins are blue; contained within the white body of the fish are the script letters "CADORIO" in red and outlined in blue; also contained in the white body of the fish are the blue letters "BRAND"; and behind and to the sides of the white oval is a blue net.
