The mark consists of 1. The logo is defined by a right-hand-print. 2a. Across the approximate center of the hand-print is a semi-rectangular graphic with dotted (stippled) appendages. The semi-rectangular graphic and the dotted appendages work together to give the appearance of a rip having been made in the hand-print graphic, allowing one to see, in the background, the words "BY INVITATION ONLY." 2b. Alternately (instead of the semi-rectangular graphic with dotted appendages) there may be an actual rip in the material upon which the hand-print appears. That rip allows a background layer of material to become visible, and on that background material, one sees the words, "BY INVITATION ONLY." 3. The last defining feature of the logo is the words, "BY INVITATION ONLY," which appear as described in sections 2a and 2b above.
