The mark consists of a white rectangle that contains: a dark green rectangle outlined at the top right; a brown square with a purple bar in the top third of the square directly under the dark green rectangle; a portion of an olive square, two olive squares, and a clear square window showing the product to the left of the dark green rectangle and brown square; below the olive and clear squares are three olive squares on the bottom. All the rectangles and squares contained in the larger rectangle have rounded edges except for the top two corners of the dark green rectangle and the portion of an olive square. The top dark green rectangle contains the wording "GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE" in white above a horizontal white line, which is above the wording "HIGH IN FIBER & VITAMIN C" in white, which is above another white horizontal line, which is above the wording "NO REFINED SUGAR" in white. Within the purple portion of the brown square appears the wording "CACAO GOJI SUPERFOOD" in white. Within the brown section of the square appears the wording "POWER SNACK" in white and the wording "BITE SIZE GOODNESS" in white. The top two olive squares as well as the bottom left olive square contain stylized depictions of a plant with leaves. The third square on the left is clear. In the bottom left olive square appears a circle outlined in dark green and white with the wording "USDA" in dark green on the top half of the circle and the wording "ORGANIC" in white in the bottom half of the circle. The background of the top half of the circle is white; the background of the bottom half of the circle is dark green with white lines. The bottom right olive square contains the dark green wording "NAVITAS NATURALS" wherein a leaf design appears as the dot in the "I". The center bottom square is olive and contains no language.
