The color(s) yellow-orange, black, gray, maroon and red is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
Description of Mark
The mark consists of the word "Vampliers" written in red block letters. The top portion of a gray screw is positioned above the "V" in the word "Vampliers" wherein the body portion of the gray screw sits in the groove of the "V". There is a small slit in the top of the gray screw. The top of the gray screw is surrounded by a black vampire bat-like creature having wings and two additional appendages (legs) that resemble pliers grabbing onto the top of the gray screw. The appendages have grooves carved therein, showing that they grab the gray screw. The bat-like creature is black and outlined in red. Further, there is a yellow-orange circle positioned behind the bat-like creature, that spills into the groove of the red block "V" of "Vampliers". In addition, the yellow-orange backdrop also forms an outline for the top portion of the "V" and the inner portions of the groove of the "V". Finally, there is a maroon drop at the bottom of the red "V" of "Vampliers", that resembles a drop of blood.
