The mark consists of "HERSHEY'S" in silver letters with the words "MILK CHOCOLATE" in white letters. "DROPS" appears in brown letters outlined in white. "NO CANDY SHELL - NO MESS" appears in brown with a light brown or tan/beige background strip. There are nine round candy pieces in brown with "HERSHEY'S" appearing in white letters thereon. At the top appears a light brown horizontal line and to the right appear six increasing-size partial circles in light brown below the words "POUR 'EM. POP 'EM. SEAL 'EM" in light brown letters, all against a brown background. The dotted lining shown in the mark is not a feature of the mark but intended to show placement of the mark on the package.
