The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress depiction of a portion of the interior of a restaurant and bar. The drawing consists of multiple renditions to show all features of the mark. The renditions show two side walls in the interior of the restaurant. The first side wall contains a bar with a long counter and multiple display cases that are curved at the top, with decorative elements hanging from portions of the shelving, and displaying a multitude of alcohol bottles. The ceiling shows square tiles with a geometric design simulating textured metal, and has two hanging metal chandeliers that consist of a series of multi-pointed star-shaped ornaments with small punched-out designs through which light emanates. The star-shaped ornaments are located at the tips of the curved rods or loops that extend from the middle of the fixture at its base. The second rendition shows a view of the other side wall. It contains wall portions in the color dark orange, a wall portion that has a brick-like appearance, and a wall portion in the color light orange. The stylized wording "ROCCO'S TACOS AND TEQUILA BAR", where the wording "ROCCO'S" is underlined, appears as a relief image on the brick-like wall portion. On the left and right sides of the brick-like wall portion are columns that are brick-like in appearance with multiple hanging masks on each column. The ceiling shows the square tiles and one hanging metal chandelier similar to the tiles and chandeliers in the first rendition. Table and chair elements, shown in dotted lines, are not part of the mark and serve only to show positioning of the mark. The alcohol bottles are shown in dotted lines and are not part of the mark, but rather show positioning of the bar shelving relative to the rest of the mark and represent the multitude of alcohol bottle varieties.
