The mark consists of a gray triangle with each side of the triangle bordered on either side of its line in red. Inside the triangle, there is a blue triangle which contains rays, which are different shades of blue. A Caduceus symbol in the center of the mark is gray in color and contains an eye, which sits atop a staff. The staff contains two serpents wrapping around it, and at the back of the staff contains two wings. At the base of the triangle are three circles containing within the innermost circle, a gray globe; the first circle is red, the second-more inner-circle is dark gray, and the final-most inner-circle is gray.
