The mark consists of the word "CHAMPION" in large font, capital letters, at an angle from left to right. After the "N" in "CHAMPION", there are three stars, a small, five-point star to the lower right side of the "N," a much larger five-point star just above and to the right of the first star, and a third five-point star, larger than the first star, but smaller than the second, which is located to the right of the smaller star, and below the larger star, and which is partially hidden by one of the lower points of the largest star. Arranged in a circular fashion, are the words "CHEESESTEAKS BURGERS & FRIES", in capital letters and in a font size approximately one-fourth of the height of that used for the word "CHAMPION". The word "CHEESESTEAKS" is above the word "CHAMPION," starting just above the letter "P" in "CHAMPION", and forming an arch that ends at the large star. The words "BURGERS & FRIES" forms an upside down arch starting below the letter "P" in "CHAMPION", and ending just below and to the right of the small star.
