The mark consists of an outer standard circle which contains a smaller inner standard circle, which is slightly bigger than 1/4 the size of the larger outer circle and uses lines of the same thickness. In between the two circles are four identical stylized arrows with thicker lines. The arrows are at the same distance from the center and are arranged equally spaced radially or angularly around the inner circle(90 degree offset from each other). The arrows each contain triangular ends with straight lines and shafts which are curved in a manner dissimilar to either circle. The radial or angular alignment of the arrow set is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
