Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software in the medical and health field as the foundation for patient decision support, assessments and analysis services, namely, software for artificial intelligence programming interface design, member tracking, data analysis and development; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for communications, namely, software for providing access via the Internet to patient decision support, assessments and analysis services; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for utilization and performance reporting, namely, software for tracking and recording use of company services by individual persons, as well as for tracking company progress in meeting any stated performance goals and percentage of eligible population reached; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for medical and pharmaceutical claims analysis; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for data feed customization, namely, software for specifying, generating, and verifying eligibility and medical claims data to and from clients and client-authorized vendors; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for call center customization and support; providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for information technology coordination and support; and providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for outreach campaign customization and execution, namely, software for managing and executing telephone- and e-mail-based communications marketing campaigns to eligible persons within the client population
