The mark consists of a circular design with a tear drop shape which curves around with the point of tear at the top in gradient orange color. Behind the orange tear drop shape is another gradient grey tear drop shape which is partly covered by orange tear drop shape. The grey tear drop shape starts with the point of the drop at the bottom and the wide part of the drop at the top. There is a white slot at the back of the design in the middle which is framed by the different colored teardrops giving an impression that you are looking through the image; making the image look like an orange peel or giving it a ribbon effect. The design has a hidden "S" which can be seen by looking at the internal edge of the orange tear drop. The design is accompanied by the word "SURGIONIX" in uppercase letters in the color black.
