The mark consists of Against white background, in black stylized (dirt 2 soulstalker font) letters the words "CODE OF CROWS" arranged in a circle, with the words "CODE OF" forming the top half of the circle and the word crows forming the bottom semi-circle with spacing on the left side of the circle between the "C" in code and the "C" in crows and spacing on the right side of the circle between the "F" in "OF" and the "S" in crows containing within the circle two crows facing in opposite directions with one crow's head pointing toward the left circle space and the other pointing near the right circle space, with the one crow foot pointing toward the "R" in "CROWS" and the other pointing toward the space between the "W" and the "S" in "CROWS" with one crow tail pointing toward the "O" in "CROWS" and the other tail pointing toward the "W" in crows, also containing within the circle a pick axe and a shovel, with the head of the pick axe pointing toward the "O" in "CODE" and the head of the shovel pointing toward the space between the letters of the word "OF" also within the circle, and with the handle of the pick axe forming the foot of the right crow and the handle of the shovel forming the foot of the left crow, also within the bodies of the two crows, are two elongated diamond shaped white areas below and toward the middle of the circle, making the crows' bodies appear to form a mask.
