Construction and repair services involving concrete or masonry products and services used in repair or new construction, namely, concrete repairs (i.e., crack repair, grouting, and the patching and repair of mortars), decorative concrete services (i.e., concrete grinding and polishing (concrete stamping, overlays, and concrete countertops), concrete surface treatments (cement-based and epoxy-based coatings, surface-finishing aids and modifiers, and underlayments), waterproofing (including surface water repellants and integral moisture barriers), concrete curing agents and concrete sealers (i.e., sealers, curing agents, hardeners and densifiers), concrete release agents (solvent-based, oil-based and water-based), stains, coatings, releases, release agents, admixtures and bonders (i.e., accelerators, air entrainers, lubricators, retarders, shrinkage-reducing, superplasticizers, viscosity modifying agents, water repellants, water reduction agents), concrete cleaners (i.e., cleaners, etchers, degreasers, strippers) and decorative concrete, in IC 37
