The mark consists of a circular seal with an outer border of brown with an inner border of gold concentric with the outer band but half its size in width. Further, a second set of concentric circles matching the colors and dimensional width of the outer concentric bands, these inner concentric circles are located closer to the center of the seal leaving ample spacing between the two sets of concentric bands as to allow space to accommodate the wording on the mark. Additionally, there are a set of scales located in the center of the mark slightly offset upwards towards the twelve o'clock position of the mark. The scales are displayed balanced with the base of the scales approximately with the horizontal position across the mark. The color of these scales matches the outer concentric band of the inner set of circles. The mark further displays two identical dimensions of paddles which are crossed. The positional location of these crossed paddles are also located in the center of the mark, offset toward the six o'clock position of the mark, as to be positioned aligned at the base of the scales. The color of these crossed paddles also corresponds to the color of the scales and outer concentric circle of the inner circles. Further to describe the mark, the letters and wording are placed upon the area between the inner concentric circle of the outer set of circles and the outer concentric circle of the inner set of circles. The wording is displayed in all upper-case letters as follows: The Spanking Court. The letter "T" in the word "the" is positioned at the seven o'clock position on the mark; correspondingly the letter "T" in the word "court" is aligned in the five o'clock position. These two "T's" are inverted so the base of the "T's" are facing inwards towards the inner set of concentric bands. The six o'clock position is blank with only a white background. Between the two "T's" placed at the seven and five o'clock positions. The color of all letter appearing on the mark is the same color as the scales and the paddles. All of the markings, wordings, and concentric bands are displayed against a solid white background.
