The mark consists of The mark is an oval. The width to height ratio is 76 percent and tilted at 40 degrees at long axis to the right at the top. The oval is divided into 6 segments from equidistant along the circumference intersecting at two-thirds of the way down the long axis, up and down, i.e., pie pieces. The pie segments are colored in the following order from top of the long axis and tilted at 40 degrees and going clockwise: purple, red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. The boundaries between the colors are white with a radial blur effect. The point at which the segments intersect has a bright white lens flare. DART is in a small caps sans serif font, black ink color, with raised effects with a light source from upper left and slanted negative 8 degrees to the left. It has a heavy stroke. It is offset from the oval at the top left where the stem of the T is elongated and stylized to a point terminating in the intersection of the oval segments. The word ESP is written in a medium charcoal hand written script in all caps and black ink with the top of the E and P connected with the S stylized below the base line. It is angled up on the right approximately 10 degrees so that the end of the P is placed between the bottom of the R of DART and the upper left edge of the oval in the vicinity of the green segment.
