Under that line of text are the words "READY TO ROCK," in the same font. "READY" and "ROCK" are scaled to the same size as "COCKED" and "LOCKED" in the line above, but "TO" is scaled smaller in size. The final line forms an inverted arch consistent with the line above it and centered beneath it.
