The dashed line extends horizontally along the white bar, and turns 90 degrees at each end to extend downwards into the orange bar. The design further comprises (4) a gray scissors design and (5) the word "GUARANTEED" appearing in orange above the gray line and the word "VALUE" appearing in orange below the gray line.
