The mark consists of the word "Zooheads" wherein (i) all the letters except the "h" are rendered in a first shade outlined with a second darker shade, (ii) the "h" is rendered in third shade outlined with the second shade, (iii) the "Z" is provided in uppercase while the remaining letters are provided in lowercase, (iv) generally vertical wavy stripes extend from the top of the "Z" to a termination proximate the bottom of the "Z" with the stripes being rendered in the second shade, (v) the "h" having diagonal slightly arcuate stripes that extend downwardly from right to left; (vi) a pair of pointed animal ears rendered in the second and third shades extend upwardly from the top of the letter "Z", (vii) a set of hippopotamus ears rendered in the second and third shades extend from the top portion of the "o", and (xii) a pair of animal horns rendered in the second and third shades extend of left and right generally vertically extending sides of the letter "d".
