The mark consists of the literal element "OUT OF THE BOX EVENTS" wherein the letter "O" in the word "BOX" is substituted by a design consisting of a graphic representation of a box with its lid opened to reveal a confetti-like pattern of geometric shapes appearing to be bursting forth from the interior of the box, and wherein the exterior of the box and the box lid appear in the color red, the interior of the box and the box lid appear in the color pea green, the confetti-like geometric shapes, listed from the center ring of the confetti pattern to its outermost portion, appear in the following colors: magenta, blue, green, yellow, orange, and lime green, and wherein further, the words, "OUT OF THE" appear in the color purple and are located in an arc pattern over the word "BOX", the letters "B" and "X" appear in the color purple with blue outlining, and wherein the word "EVENTS" appears in the color purple and is centered directly under the word "BOX" one horizontal line in the color purple is separately located to the left of, and midway up, the letter "E" in "EVENTS", and a second horizontal line in the color purple is separately located to the right of, and midway up, the letter "S" in "EVENTS".
