The mark consists of a rectangle design having an overall dark silver background, a light silver stripe covering portions of the rectangle left to right and from the top extending two-thirds the length of the rectangle. The word "TRUE" in green letters is positioned in the light silver stripe. The word "Menthol" in green letters is positioned under the word "TRUE". There is a triangle design in a circle positioned toward the bottom of the light silver stripe, the circle having a lighter green background with a green crescent shape inside the circle on the upper left and extending across the top of the left side of the triangle, green inside a portion of the triangle and green on the bottom portion of the triangle. The top surface of the triangle is white. At the bottom of the light silver stripe are four green horizontal lines positioned on the dark silver background. The word "Cigarettes" in green letters is positioned at the bottom of the rectangle on a light silver background.
