A green border encloses the upper part, and the sides, of the sunrise, and a representation of a green vine encloses the bottom part of the sunrise. The words "Jerky for Life" appear in white type, with black shading, across the sunrise. A green and white leaf also appears in the letters "Y" and "E" in the word "Jerky". The words "Black Pepper & Garlic Beef Steak Jerky" appear in yellow type, with black background, across the bottom, right side, of the sunrise, and in the top, right side, of the green background. The words "We are Proud of Our Ingredients" appear in white type, on the right side of the mark, below the words "Black Pepper & Garlic Beef Steak Jerky". A stylized bird design appears underneath this wording in black. The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians Tribal Insignia appears on the bottom left side of the mark, consisting of the words "Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians", in brown letters, encircling a brown and white Bald Eagle, which is clutching a brown fish in its claws, with white and gray mountains, blue and yellow sky and green trees. The outer circle is silver and lined in gold on its inner and outer rims. Green branches with red berries appear on either side of the years "1853-1982" in black which appears at the bottom of the insignia. The words "Owned by The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians" appear in black letters, on the bottom, left side, of the mark, below the Insignia.
