The mark consists of a vertical white rectangle shaded in gold at the top left and bottom right corners, in blue along part of the right side, and in green in the bottom third. Within the rectangle are the brown word "FERRERO" and the gold word "EGGS" with a curved gold band and gold design of a bird in flight. Below the wording appears a partial gray oval which is for transparency only and not claimed as a feature of the mark, outlined in brown and slanting toward the bottom. Below the oval is a brown, white, gold and beige design consisting of an image of a wrapped chocolate egg with the text "FERRERO GGS" and a gold bird on it, an unwrapped chocolate egg broken in half, and two hazelnuts, one with a shell and one without.
