The mark consists of a 3 unit by 5 unit rectangle with the 5 unit sides in the horizontal position with the color green filling from left to right the bottom third of the rectangle, the color black filling from left to right the middle third of the rectangle and the color red filling from left to right the top third of the rectangle; a blue triangle is superimposed over the green, black and red colors such that the base of the blue triangle is 3 units and is situated along the left side of the triangle running from bottom to top of the 3 unit side and the apex or top of the triangle is facing the right side of the 3 unit side; the two sides of the triangle are equal in length and each side is less than 3 units; superimposed in the blue triangle is a 5 pointed white star centered inside the blue triangle; the colors are superimposed upon each other as to completely replace the portion of the color being superimposed; the order of superimposing is blue color replacing portions of the green, black, and red colors, and the white color replacing portions of the blue color.
