The mark consists of the colors black yellow white and red, a stylized letter "F" a stylized letter "A" a stylized letter "C" a stylized letter "A" a stylized letter "D" and a stylized letter "E" in the color black are located just above yet skewed to the right on a less than forty five degree angle and not touching two elliptical discs one above the other with the top two dimensional disk resembling the numberless face of a clock colored yellow with two smaller clockwise black colored spirals suggesting eyes with a black colored zigzagged upward curved line suggesting a cheek to cheek smile and a white small elliptical disk suggesting the nose which is attached to a short red hour hand pointing close to the twelve o clock position and a longer black minute hand pointing where the number seven would be the hands on the clock face suggest eleven thirty five the second disk is colored black is one dimensional and is partially shown from beneath the top yellow disk where as the bottom black disk shows the suggestion of a partial face with only the right eye in the form of a stylized yellow "X" and a partial mouth in the form of a yellow smooth line that is concaved downward like a facial frown the top yellow disk is tilted on a less than forty five degree angle downward on its left side and hovering several inches above the black disk as if in thin air while partially covering the bottom black disk.
