The mark consists of a square, the top two-thirds red portion is divided from the bottom third black portion by a thick, white line. A red, elongated circle containing the drawing of a yellow horseshoe, and a blue parallelogram centered across the circle and the horseshoe, left to right, is in the top two-thirds of the square. The initial capital, sentence-cased, italicized white lettering, "Dickies", is centered inside the parallelogram. The circle and parallelogram are outlined in an inner, thick, white line, and the entire design is outlined in a thick, darker line. The word, "WORK", in standard white, capital lettering is placed in the bottom third of the square.
