Credit card and debit card transaction processing services, namely, facilitating credit card, debit card and electronic check transactions of and for others over the global communications network; establishing and managing payment processing systems for others using credit card, debit card, or other account-backed credit instruments to be used to purchase goods and services from others; Establishing and maintaining a payment acceptance and payment processing systems for others under which an alternative currency is used in a closed-loop system in real time to acquire goods and services from others based on a participant's or third party's credit standing, derived from such person's credit card capacity, debit card capacity, or other verified account balance or balances; maintaining and servicing a closed loop payment network for facilitating electronic payments by others to others for goods or services
