The mark consists of a stylized bird with a lighter body and darker wings. Outstretched wings have three scalloped stripes crossing the midpoint of each wing which are lighter than the wings. The top of the body has two darker scalloped stripes crossing the neck and three crossing the lower body near the tail. Tail consists of eight large feathers of different shades and seven smaller feathers of different shades. Four tuffs of feathers in different shades adorn the top of the birds head. The stylized bird is holding a tea pot with two stripes pouring tea from the pot into a tea cup on a saucer with steam rising from the cup and curling in the air. Directly above the bird and slightly to the right is the stylized text "PAVO" in all capital letters. Below "PAVO", and slightly to the right, and directly above the teapot is the stylized word "TEAS" which has a capital "T" beginning directly below the letter "O" in "PAVO".
