The mark consists of a distinctive three dimensional pillar and arch design which is an element used in the construction of mirror mazes by applicant. The distinctive design is used by applicant as trade dress to represent the origin of the mazes created and built by applicant. The trade dress consists of the area indicated by the solid lines in the drawing. The broken lines showing the decals/designs on the pillar and arch design are for context only and are not claimed as a feature of the mark. Such decals/designs may change from maze to maze and should not be considered part of the claimed trade dress. The pillar and arch design claimed as trade dress includes a pillar design whereby the pillar has a hexagonal shape. The pillars further include three rings of trim which completely surround each pillar. The first ring of trim is near the bottom of the pillar and the second and third rings of trim are near the top of the pillar proximate to one another in location. The arches of the pillar and arch design are substantially flat and extend from the top of each pillar to the top of an adjacent pillar. The arches are vertically disposed such that the height of the arches is substantially greater than the width of the arches.
