The mark consists of a design consisting of a circle having a black ring, a white inner ring, and a red inner ring. Four white stars appear on the top circular portion of the design. With the design appear two black horses overlaid on either side of a crest-like grey shield and the circle. Both horses are faced outward and reared on their hind legs. A black ribbon is formed under the hind hoofs of each horse. Both ribbons extend from the hoofs of a respective horse to overlay a portion of the bottom of the shield. A star is centered on and overlays a portion of both horses and the shield. A red Roman numeral "V" is centered on and overlays a central-centered star. The words "FIVE STAR STUDIOS" are centered below the circle, crest, star, horse, and ribbon combination. The entire design has a background white shadow. The remaining black in the mark represents background and is not part of the mark.
