Description of Mark
The mark consists of a stylized text "Kids Party Zone & Daycare Center," the first letter of the first three words in color, "K" green, "P" Red and "Z" blue and the remaining letters and symbol in solid black, all arching over a picture design consisting of three kids, three birthday party prize boxes with a black star on each box. The design has three colorful stars of different sizes positioned vertically below the arched company name and flowing on the side of the boxes hovering in the air with colors consisting of purple, green, and yellow on the left of the design boxes and purple, blue and red hovering in the air on the right side of the design boxes. The bottom box is a large green box; the middle box is a small red box and the top box is a medium blue box with a hot pink interior lid and interior box color. Each box has rock climbing stones positioned on them that consist of either yellow, red, green, grey, purple, and/or tan rock climbing stones (this represents the party and day care center's rock climbing activity room). The top box has an Asian female kid with tan skin, black eyes, black hair with front bangs and a side ponytail and with a red hair ribbon around the ponytail. She is sitting behind the top blue box reading and studying a red book behind an open lid of the top blue box that has baby toys in it (a blue and grey pacifier, a blue, tan and yellow rattle, and blue baby bottle with a tan lid and grey nipple, all inside the blue box (the toys represent the infant and toddler program of the day care center and the girl studying represents the day care center's study hall, the preschool and before and after school day care program). A tan teddy bear is attached to the front of the blue box to the right of the black star and above the flowing moon bouncing balls. A grey game controller (this represents the two birthday party and day care center's electronic game activity rooms) is positioned on the left side of the blue box. It has blue, red, black, yellow, and grey knobs and buttons located on the controller). The red box has a tan African American male kid with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wearing black safety gear, a green shirt, grey shorts, white socks and black shoes, and is in the process of climbing a rock climbing wall on the front of the boxes (this represents the birthday party center's rock climbing activity room). Colorful red, yellow, blue and green moon bouncing balls flow from the front of the red middle box (these represent the birthday party and day care center's inflatable activity room). To the right of the box hangs a yellow basketball hoop with a white net in the middle of the blue and red boxes with a Caucasian male kid with orange hair, black eyes, blue shorts, a white shirt with blue shirt sleeves that has a horizontal red strip across the blue sleeve, white socks and black shoes, standing toward the left of the hoop with his head turned to the left looking over his shoulder and with his right hand in the upward toss position tossing an orange basketball (with black strips) into the basketball hoop with the basketball in mid air headed toward the hoop (this represents the day care center's basketball court).
