The mark consists of an overall purple rectangle with darker purple swirls in the background. A dark blue stripe borders the top and bottom of the design. A gold line borders the bottom and top of the drawing. A cutout appears at the top of the gold border with the word "Chiko" appearing in gold inside a gold oval shaped device. Above the oval is a gold fan like design. In the upper left of the design there are two brown candy designs with a whitish liquid pouring out into a white, tan, brown and orange swirling pattern. Overlapping the whitish orange swirl pattern is the word "Milk" in white with a dark blue border and the word "Eclairs" in gold with a dark blue border. The bottom middle of the design is a rectangular like design with a white border. The color gray in this rectangular like design merely represents a transparent area of the mark and is not part of the mark. On the curved upper section of this design is a orange curved design which has a purple border. Inside the orange curved design are the words "Caramels with Milky Middles" in dark blue. On the lower left portion of the curved orange design is a purple circle with the words "Milk Rich Centres!" in yellow. At the bottom right of the mark, a smaller version of the aforesaid candy design and wording appears in the same color, however the wording takes the form of Arabic characters.
