The mark consists of a circle with a purple background and a single black outline. Within the circle are the words "The Pinot-Ultimate" arched along the top of the circle in large black capitalized lettering. At the bottom of the circle are the arched words "The Best Pinot Noir In America" appears in smaller purple capitalized lettering. In the middle of the circle is a purple bottle of wine with a green label and white reflection mark on the right hand side of the bottle. On the label appears the words "Terra Terroir" in lower case lettering with the word "Terra" appearing in larger light orange lettering directly above the word "Terroir" with the word "Terroir" appearing in smaller dark orange lettering. Directly below the word "Terroir" on the label is the abstract depiction of mountains, ranging in color from light orange to dark orange. At the base of the wine bottle appears green bunches of grapes and leaves. At the neck of the wine bottle appears a yellow crown, outlined in black, held by two white cherub figures, outlined in black, facing inward, one directly to the left of the crown and one directly to the right of the crown. Behind the wine bottle appears a light white starburst design.
