The mark consists of trade dress applied to the front of packaging for processed meat products, namely, red background colors which vary from darker to lighter hues and run continuously in a random pattern. The right side of the package shows a portion of a white plate with brown and red cooked beef and green asparagus tips and brown mushrooms on the plate. Within a gray and gold rectangular border shown beginning from the left side are pictures of a brown sliced portion of cooked beef on a plate with green garnish, and in the center is a portion of brown cooked beef with green garnish. In the lower left corner of the rectangle is a stylized design of a gold globe with points around the circumference, and a red banner with the words "COMMITTED TO QUALITY" in white letters and a blue ribbon extending from the bottom of the globe. Above the rectangle are the words "GENUINE GOLD LABEL" in white letters, and below the rectangle are two circular designs in white above the words "MIDWESTERN BRAND" in white letters.
