Fundraising for charitable and humanitarian purposes, namely, funding charitable projects around the world to provide impoverished communities with access to clean water, food, crops, agricultural tools and resources, education and training, medical, sanitation and hygiene related assistance and resources; management and distribution of funds raised for charitable or humanitarian purposes, namely, providing impoverished communities with access to clean water, food, crops, agricultural tools and resources, education and training, medical, sanitation and hygiene related assistance and resources; organization, conduct and administration of fundraising activities, namely, providing fundraising activities for funding charitable projects around the world to provide impoverished communities with access to clean water, food, crops, agricultural tools and resources, education and training, medical, sanitation and hygiene related assistance and resources; financial sponsorship and support for charitable and humanitarian purposes, namely, funding charitable projects around the world to provide impoverished communities with access to clean water, food, crops, agricultural tools and resources, education and training, medical, sanitation and hygiene related assistance and resources; project finance services, namely, providing finance for charitable and humanitarian projects, namely, capital investment services; providing consultancy and information services for the aforesaid services * ; provided that the aforesaid services are not facilitated by or offered in conjunction with a financial or banking product or service such as a credit card, debit card, or bank account, and are not facilitated by or offered in conjunction with points-based incentive reward and redemption programs or incentive programs where participants can earn, redeem, or shop with points or other forms of rewards currency *
