Education, namely, continuous training in the fields of insurance, reinsurance and risk analysis and management; organization of events for cultural purposes; arranging, conducting and managing conferences, congresses, seminars, training workshops in the fields of insurance, reinsurance and risk analysis and management; the aforementioned educational services, namely, arranging, conducting and managing conferences, congresses, seminars, training workshops also offered over the internet and using global computer networks, databases, internet platforms, web sites, online forums, blogs, internet chatrooms, particularly for collaboration and for the exchange of data and information amongst organizers, participants and users; publishing electronic publications; providing online non-downloadable electronic publications in the nature of periodicals, written articles, hand outs, worksheets, books, booklets, newsletters, bulletins, informational letters, brochures, pamphlets, circulars, printed guides, training manuals and teaching materials in the fields of insurance, reinsurance and risk analysis and management; all of the foregoing excluding such services relating to the field of risk management software
