Description of Mark
The mark consists of a design of eight stylized Russian Cyrillic characters shaded in red and outlined in white. The lettering is slanted upward to the left. The wording appears on top of a design of a barberry with the berries shaded in red and the leaves shaded in green and light green. This appears on top of a curved green background shape shaded in green and outlined in light green, forming a band in the center with circular repeating sides. There is a large white space on either side and then a repeating pattern of single barberries in red and white up and down either side of the drawing. The Cyrillic wording and barberry design is repeated three times vertically, with the top one cut off towards the end of the wording.
