The mark consists of The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with the outline of the bottle and seal band in broken lines used only to show placement of the mark. The shape of the bottle and seal band are not claimed as feature of the mark. The top and bottom parts of the bottle are translucent. The middle part of the bottle on its front face is clear, while the middle part of the bottle on its rear face is dark blue. The front face of the bottle features: (i) wording "FIRE & ICE" in a dark blue stylized font and the "&" in red stylized font, all outlined in white; (ii) a dark blue zigzag formation with a white outline above the "&" depicting mountain peaks; (iii) the images of a mountain landscape immediately above "FIRE & ICE"; (iv) a clear middle area which allows the images on the rear face of the bottle to be viewed; (v) the images of larger mountains with snow-capped peaks in white above the clear middle area; and (vi) and two dark blue eagles flying towards opposite directions above the larger mountains. The rear face of the bottle features: (i) the images of mountains in dark blue which connects with and is on approximately the same circumferential plane as the smaller mountains on the front face; (ii) images of larger mountains with snow-capped peaks in white and dark blue which connects with and is on approximately the same circumferential plane as the larger mountains on the front face of the bottle; (iii) a reflection of the larger mountains above the smaller dark blue mountains; and (iv) a dark blue eagle flying above the larger mountain landscape. The seal band of the bottle is in dark blue and also features the wording "FIRE & ICE" with "FIRE" and "ICE" in white stylized font and the "&" in red stylized font printed along the bottom edge and beneath a single white line piping the circumference of the seal band and white zigzag formations above the line depicting snow-capped mountain peaks. The eagles flying in the opposite directions, the meaning of word element "FIRE & ICE" and the reflection of the mountains are intended to symbolize the concept of duality standing behind the design of the mark filed.
