The mark consists of the stylized wording "FL" inside a circle that is outlined with an irregular geometric shape. This shape is longer on the right side and has six horizontal lines coming out of it on the left side. There is also one horizontal line on either side of the shape. This shape is inside of an oval, which is inside of an incomplete oval that is open on the right side. The oval has a vertical line coming out of the top and of the bottom and also has a semi-circle on the top and on the bottom, all on the inside of the incomplete oval. Below the incomplete oval are four Chinese characters.
