The mark consists of a stylized design of a scarab. The head of the scarab is yellow. The back of the scarab is divided into three portions. The top portion is roughly oval in shape with the edge in yellow and the middle portion in gold. The bottom portions are equal sized on the left and right under the top portion with the edges in yellow and the middle portions in gold. On the lower left and lower right of the scarab are gold half circles surrounded by several yellow half circles. Jutting from the bottom of the body of the scarab is a stylized gold bird tail design. Two stylized bird wings in gold with stylized geometric patterns in yellow and orange on the wings sprout from either side of the scarab. Below this design are two gold circles surrounded by several concentric circles in yellow. Bellow this design element are the letters "OSB" in gold stylized font with a gold dot between the letters "O" and "S" and between the letters "S" and "B". Below these letters are the words " ORIENTAL SANDWICH BAR" in gold stylized font. The colour white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
